Hi, looking for a Vanilla Forums modification which I am happy to pay to have developed, and also happy for you to share this with the community after you have developed it.
In short, I would like a modification that notifies Administrators and Moderators if there are any "Flagged" posts awaiting attention. It would be useful if a small notification could be displayed on the top, or the right of the Index page so these can be monitored without the need to consistently login to the Dashboard to check.
If you are able to develop such a modification please contact me, or simply post in this thread. As I stated, I am happy to pay for your time.

Doesn't the Flagging plugin support email notifications?
You can also have it post flags as discussions to a private category
