Allow guests to register and post instantly

I notice on this forum each member is screened by an administrator before they are allowed to post. Is it possible to turn off this feature?

    Yes. You need to change a setting in the admin panel, and change a text file with the message in it.

    Settings > Registration Management : Set your "New member role" to that of a status level above "banned", "douchebag" or "applicant". This would be possibly the same setting as "Membership approval role". Tweak role management accordingly for this level so they can participate without confirmation. Changing the language file isn't necessary, but it can prove helpful for messages that appear to non-members. Allowing non-members to browse the forum helps as well.
