Couple of Newbie Questions before setting up Vanilla

I like what I see with Vanilla, but have a couple of concerns:

  1. What sort of server load does Vanilla entail. I know that's hard to answer, but let's say 20 users accessing it 5 times a day. In other words up to what sort of usage can Vanilla run on a shared host platform?

  2. How to export? I've gone through the documentation here but it did not generate a file other than a html one. Is that what I'm meant to download and then import?

  3. The JS version of Vanilla forums. Has anyone any feedback on the SEO relevance of this. Is the SEO picked up on the install folder eg forums.example.com or where the JS is place example.com/forums ?

Many thanks if someone could enlighten me. I'd like to go through these things before dedicating anymore time to fully installing Vanilla as I've a few other forums I'm testing out.
