How can I add "Send xxx Message" link in the each post next to poster's username ?

I want to add "Send XXX Message" link in each post so that viewers don't need to click poster's username to go poster's profile page then click "Send XXX Message" link to send message to poster.

You can change what text is displayed to something smaller and more conventional like "PM".
