How do I create a mobile version of my current vanilla install?

Basically I want my current install to be available to mobile users as well! Is there anything I can do to enable this feature?

    Vanilla has a built-in mobile theme that should automatically operate when the site is accessed by a mobile 'phone or other hand-held devices.
