user managed categories
is it possible to make the categories , user managed in the similar way as categories in wikipedia are managed?????
if yes , then how should i start implementing it?????
i am new to the vanilla community , any help is greatly appreciated !!!!!

you can set the permissions so a Members can
Comments & Discussions in a category. However that is everyone in that role, which is preassigned.
Beyond that is fairly advanced stuff if you haven't got any programming background.
grep is your friend.
