Doesnt work if quoted user have cyrilic nickname

Some users have russian (cyrilic) nickname in my forum. And if i will quote such user this quote will not be marked by color and will not have link to profile of quoted user.

@Geleosan : Where did you download the plugin from? The addons repository? If so, try using the version available from here? (I don't use the plugin myself. Just trying to help you.)

Thanx for your help. Yes i downloaded plugin from this site. I tried another version from your link but i got this erorr: Quotes is missing the following requirement(s): Vanilla 2.1a9

Hi! Nicknames in Russian isn't allowed during sing up. How you got them? Can you give me some hint?

Is there a way to make this change this setting with plug-in? Or can plug-in change settings like this?
