Plugin Request - News SiteMap Generator

We all know that Google News can be a powerful tool to attract traffic and users of same field.
Google's first requirement is to have 3 digit in URL and then subsequently an news sitemap. Vanilla already handles the URL path.
It would be really great if someone make a News Sitemap Plugin.
It will help many webmasters who run sites that provide latest infomation.
