Is there any kind of addon for marking or escalating a post?
I have support forums that someone manages but sometimes there are posts he cannot answer. I'd like a way for him to be able to mark these posts in order to quickly know which posts require my attention. Ideally it would be something only I could see and the member wouldn't know their post had been marked.

You might be able to put the flagging plugin to use here.
