Comment and messages goign missing

I noticed that a message I send to someone wasn't there. At the time I suspect I only believed I'd sent it.

However recently someone posted on a thread, I whispered to them, now their comment is missing off the thread.

    you can even see the meta doesn't tally. last commet, etc.
