Guest Message: Show messages to guest usergroup.

How can I go about putting a guest message on the homepage. I already know the area I am putting it. How would I show "You're viewing this page as a guest. Please login or register to ... blah blah blah" to guests only. Once the user has signed in or registered the message will not appear.
