"Forbidden" Error

Hello everyone!

I have set just my new forum. Whenever I (as an admin or as a normal member) try to post/edit a discussion with "http://" I get the error (as shown here: http://i40.tinypic.com/243ngx5.png). Initially I was able to post youtube links but anymore.....please advise!

    I do have "FaviconLinks" plugin installed....but even disabling it is of no help.

    Those are server errors that aren't being generated from Vanilla. It looks like you have an apache configuration error of some kind.

    thank you. any suggestions....even more details?.....how to rectify this?
