Will this plugin work if the forum is in a sub-domain? For instance, I have a Wordpress site with a Vanilla forum and the domain for the forum is something like this www.wordpresssite.com/forum
BTW, my Wordpress site-map generator won't include the vanilla forum.

It will generate the sitemaps for you, but I'm not sure if Google will use them off of a subdirectory. If not, you can submit the sitemaps to google webmaster tools yourself.
