Login via jsconnect - 404 on page

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry if this question is semi stupid and I am just overlooking something, however I can't get it to work.
My issue:
When I go to click on "sign in with service name here" it brings up http://onenetworks.us/bbs/entry/connect/jsconnect?client_id=55741&display=popup, which always leads to a 404 not found, even if I set the login page to google!
I'm not sure if I'm doing something horribly wrong or if it is another issue.
