Windows popping up when progress bar active

Hi, I have installed Vanilla and just wondering how to solve some issues I'm having. Whenever the progress bar comes up to autosave my typing in a message, it creates a little column overtop of the page that I must "X" away to continue typing.

And this problem also occurs when the progress bar comes up to create my post after I click "Post discussion". But the windows that comes up is a windows the size of the Sign-Up window, but it is like I've asked to create a new topic. I have to exit out of this new blank Discussion creation, and press Post on my old one with the message still intact. However it then double-posts the Discussion.

I've got a plugin to disable the auto-draft feature, which solves one problem, but not the Posting one.
