Announcements don't get picked up by the RSS Feed
I just noticed that posts marked as Announcements don't get picked up by the RSS Feed. Can someone help?
Thanks,
Ricardo

The current way announcements work in rss feeds is for them to just get queried with regular discussions in the rss feed. This is the way you'd want it to work from an rss reader's point of view.

Has anyone experienced the same error?

@Todd @Ricardo_Viteri I think this is still not working. For example:
Right now there is an announcement on http://vanillaforums.org/categories/blog/
If you open it, you can see it was created in December 2013: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/25668/dec-2013-security-update-2-0-18-10-and-2-1b2
However, if you open the RSS feed for that category, that announcement post does not appear, even though the posts in that feed go as far back as 2011: http://vanillaforums.org/categories/blog/feed.rss
