Weebly & WordPress

I am so lost.

I have used WordPress for at least 3 years, and know it fairly well.
But with a new domain I am trying to figure out Weebly. It is clunky and not intuitive, but worst of all, I can't figure out how to install simple scripts - specifically Vanilla Forums.

Is Weebly just playing with me? Do I need to use WordPress for Vanilla?
Can I put Vanilla on WordPress easily, and is the platform not the issue?
Is it just me, and my swiss cheese brain, again?

How do I install this on a Weebly site?

    Weebly isn't like hostgator, its what they provide you and only that (the website builder), that means you cannot install Vanilla Forums.
