URL for Comment Replacement
I'm using Vanilla for a comment replacement on my Wordpress based website. But, recently, it adds a bit of extra information to the original URL.
For example:
http://reverie.heavensentgaming.com/archive/for-the-love-of-coke-and-fries/
It changes it to:
http://reverie.heavensentgaming.com/archive/for-the-love-of-coke-and-fries/#/vanilla/discussion/embed/?vanilla_discussion_id=0
Did I do something wrong?

no, that is how embed works.
grep is your friend.
That's what I thought too. But, then when I was able to "reverse engineer" the embed code, and make it work on my tumblr blog:
Example:
http://mblog.heavensentgaming.com/post/20827810346/minecraft-glitch-panorama-time-so-i-took-another
The URL stays normal.
Hmm, I tried looking through the code of the WordPress plug-in too. I couldn't find anything related to changing the URL in the browser's URL bar.
But, I have been able to conclude that it's happening after the user arrives to a page. So, it's possibly the JavaScript, at one point, rewriting the URL in the user's address bar. Thank you for answering x00, I appreciate it, I just hope someone can help figure it out.
Totally fixed it, by "following instructions". lol, I should really remember to do that from now on.

Step one, and I repeat:
Silly mistake is silly.
@SmileLee is your forums vanilla hosted or self hosted because i'm going through the same problem and can't find the embed enable on my self hosted one.
