Are we sure the default Embed Vanilla plugin is still working?

This is strange..

I have been trying for a few hours (localhost) and couldn't get Vanilla inside WP Twenty Ten like it's done in those 3 Video Tutorials

My setup was as followed.

< Root > <-- here all the WP files. and inside this WP folder i installed < vanilla > into a forums folder.

So i installed Vanilla inside the WordPress folders. Maybe that was going wrong and i have to instal Vanilla outside the WordPress files.

Thats what i did right now, i made two clean installs one WP and one Vanilla but for some reason when i activated the Embed Vanilla plugin there is not a third option below like as in this video.

Also the default Gravatar plugin isn't showing. I can upload images to my profile but when i delete them i don't get a Gravatar while i use 100% a Grav. ID
