Open the Settings page, display is blank.

i just did a fresh install of it, and the settings page showed up fine.. When you go to the Dashboard, on the left side under the Appearance menu you'll see "Friends Links" and thats how you find the settings page..
if the links there, but its still showing a blank screen, what version of vanilla are you using?1

I see a version number in the Management Background so ：Version 2.1a15
