Announcement in categories/discussions?

Hi, when I create an Announcement in Categories appears in the top, but in homepage (categories/discussions in my case) it moves down like any other post.
Can I show up Announcement in homepage also?

    I think it has to work the way you wanted but its currently not working. They have probablily fixed in 2.1
