Not showing up

Hi, I extracted both the theme and plug-ins to their appropriate folders (the sub-folder TraditionalChocolate and Traditional into the themes and plugins folders respectively), but they are not appearing in my dashboard. I have Vanilla version 2.0.18.4.

    Have you tried adding any other plugins/themes? See if you the files are given the correct permissions (755).
