how to link a thumbnail photo

Free software is my friend. Thank you for this great tool. My question is: How do I link to a thumbnail photo? I want to do that so when I post a selected photo (from the image folder) I can do this: <img src="../images/original.jpg"style="border: medium none ; padding:1em; float: left;" Currently Qdig (GPL'ed) gives me the option of linking to thumbnail. So I use pivot + qidg to blog. I am also impressed with filebrowser I want to recommand it to friends who cares more about nice looking templete. Two more quick questions: 1. Can somebody explains the philosophy of NOT generating thumbnail automatically but one has to call the thumbnailer.php? Type the file name thumbnailer.php is a little bit hard for Chinese who don't speak English and certainly my Mom. 2. Will someone hack a bit so we get a copy url like bottom says blogit, which one gets a html/xhtml code like this: <img src="../images/original.jpg"style="border: medium none ; padding:1em; float: left;" at leaset <img src="../images/original.jpg" Posting a photo with thumnail is too hard for most people I know. Filebrowser and qdig like free software certainly improved that significantly, but, we are not there yet.
