Hey guys, it's me again, back from the dead. 
I'm writing you today with my official Open Social Foundation / IBM hat on. We'd like to work with you guys to start sending email notifications with embedded experience mime parts for an open social gadget that's part of Vanilla.

IBM will be shipping embedded experience support in Lotus Notes 8.5.4 "Social Edition" and we will be trying to promote this standard. As part of this, we are engaging our business partners but we'd also love to be able to point to some other open source software that provides this support.
Do you think you guys would have time to work with us and get this support into Vanilla? You guys already have the email notification part, adding the mime entry for it wouldn't be that hard. The only thing you'll really need is the open social gadget, and an oauth provider (so that the user doesn't have to authenticate).
