Anonymous discussion with moderation

Hello. I try to set up a vanilla Forum.
I want to let users ask questions anonymous. So i activated the "Anonymouse" plugin.
This works fine so far.

But i want to moderate every new thread and answer, bevore they getting published.
Is this possible?

I tried to add the anonym user in the ban-list. But the new threads and answers still getting visible instantly.

How can i to this?

i still stuck with this problem. maybe this is impossible

this seems a very unique requirement. i'll say this: nothing is impossible. but you will likely need to know a little php and modify a couple of plugins.

I can't be more specific because this is so far outside my forum requirements.
