Hmmm... Considering how little it is that you need, I should be able to dish up some CSS free of charge. You'll need to embed Vanilla though, if you want your themes header included. I'll make a Gist with the CSS you'll need.

just to match the existing design + a home button to get back to the main website

In that case I think the easiest would be to simply include your websites header in the theme (or simply run Vanilla embedded) and then make a sub header for all the Vanilla stuff. How big is your budget by the way?

ive put it in the themes folder and its not in the themes in dashboard
