Request for Delegate Parameter in themes/comments.php

It'd be great if this were inserted at line 104 of themes/comments.php: $this->DelegateParameters['RowNumber'] = &$RowNumber; Or call it "ItemNumber", it doesn't matter to me. This will let my blockquote extension take advantage of the anchor on comments.
