I'd love the ability to edit Custom Pages through the Dashboard interface?

I'm happy to have a go at modifying the plugin myself.

Any tips?

Simply because Vanilla CMS is still in beta with the warning "Please don't use on production sites yet since I am still adding alot of functionality"

  • thing is custom pages is only as good as pages, you could completely break everything by putting malformed code in the pages.

    grep is your friend.

Where exactly I am editing has no bearing on whether or not my code contains errors. Editing in my browser or editing/uploading over FTP.

    OK, will do.

  • Try Application Candy - it is excellent and works well as a basic CMS.
