Attachments not visible in link containing /comment

An original post shows the uploaded attachments fine, but if a link is used pointing to a comment, e.g. /forum#/discussion/comment/15 the attachments are not included. Is there a way to have them appear whenever a discussion topic is viewed, either from its source, or via a comment link?

Ive never ever known a system that tolerates this.... Be amazed if you can show us one.
