can someone direct me to the quote plugin being used in this forum?

i cant seem to make this plugin work for me.
i get this error? has someone experience this aswell?Quotes is missing the following requirement(s): Vanilla 2.1a.

it has been tested on 2.1a future release version of vanilla. You could try it, by changing the requirement, or get previous version:

how come the old version works and not the recent one? dont you think its kinda strange?
