[Solved] How to add topics' tags to topics lists?

I currently don't see the tags displayed anywhere; not on the topics list, not even within a single topic view.

How can I add the tags to these locations?

Perhaps this is a theme-specific question, in which case perhaps @422 could help me out; but it seems to be true even here on vf.org.

UPDATE:
NEVER MIND, THIS IS DUMB. Too many tags would clutter the topic view, and the tags are INDEED visible on the sidebar of a single-post page.
