Trying to add a custom button but not working.

I want to add a button for spoiler tag so to get started with it I went to cleditor site and tried adding one of the default plugins they have. I tried

http://premiumsoftware.net/cleditor/demos/bbcode.html

and even their simple helloworld plugin but none seem to work.

The added js files have correct paths and there are no 404s so I don't know what the problem really is. Can anyone help me out with this?
