I have a member who is using an Iphone3GS to access the site, for some reason it is logging her out everytime she closes the browser. She says the "remember me" box is clicked. Any advice for how to solve this problem?
Any user who sets their browser to delete cookies upon closing the browser will always have to sign in, no ifs and or buts - no matter whether the click on keep me signed in or not.

I walked her through that process already, I'm waiting to hear back to see if it worked. It has to be an issue with her phone, no one else is having a problem with the site.

She's only complaining about it happening on her Iphone, she says she isn't exiting the browser, she's simply hitting the home button.
I tried replicating it and I was unsuccessful.
I have also asked her to check her setting.
