No Additional Pages on Popular & Tag Pages?

On popular discussions (using the voting plugin) the links to additional pages at the bottom don't work. On tag pages there are no links at all when tagged articles exceed one page of discussions. Any solution to this?

I'll let this one open for now, because it will lead to bug reports for Voting plugin and (name the) Tagging plugin.
Reproduceable on vf.org? Tagging Plugin or Tagging enhanced?
