It may be that Categories are turned off.

Go to the Dashboard - Forum Settings - Categories and click Use Categories.

If, when you get there, instead of Use Categories you see Add Categories and Don't Use Categories buttons, come back here and let us know.

Is there a tick next to

    Display root categories as headings.

If so, you need to take the tick out.

As far as I know, if you want to show Category headings, then you need to create sub-categories, which will be the ones you can post in.

    Example

    Football Teams (Category Heading)
-Arsenal (sub-category you can add to)
-Aston Villa (sub-category you can add to)
-Blackpool (sub-category you can add to)

Or, just avoid sub-categories, and turn off the heading option.

Try to give more effort than just the short sentences you are producing. Look in the sourcecode, Look at the Url / Internet Address of the page you are at, Look in the controller file for the Url / Internet Address you are at. Look in FireFox / FireBug to see if there are any errors, etc.
First fix the problem, then fix the problem which you would have with category headings, etc.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

  • lol whu606 has already solve my problem, and prefer to use short sencences or word than using meanless sentences. Direct to the point
