Add link to welcome email

Hello,

I have locale that displays the following when a user signs up:

[code]$Definition['EmailWelcome'] = 'Hola %1$s,

%2$s ha creado una cuenta para ti en %3$s. Tus credenciales de acceso son:

Correo electrónico: %6$s
Contraseña: %5$s
Url: %4$s

¡Qué tengas un buen día!';

I would like to be able to add a link something.com
but I am not sure it it will display it as a text or will it be processed as html.

@Ricardo_Viteri: Usually big email providers will automatically link it and if not, then they probably don't support HTML email anyways. Otherwise you can use email@provider.com
