I still think if english is not your native language you should post in your native language as well as english. Sometimes it helps. But sometimes the google translate make its unintelligible. At least you can get more words in :.

Besides, when google has translated it and you see the same text in native language, sometimes it makes enough sense to filter out the question.
For example I can comprehend german, french and a tiny bit of russian, together with google it will help a lot to filter out the question from the user :-)

I suspect you need custom pages plugin, however i am with @underdog on this. It pisses me off 'these six or seven worded questions'
