Hide links for guests

This is something I'm trying yo do for weeks now but still without result. I hope someone on the forum can help me out with this.

I'm trying to hide links in posts for guests that are not logged in. Something like 'You need to be logged in to see this link' must appear instead of the link itself.

For me it doesn't matter if it's hard coded into the script or if it's a plugin. Even a Javascript/CSS solution where the link is hided and replaced with a text works for me.

Does anybody have an idea how I can get this working? Or does someone know where the links are being made in the original Vanilla source?
