[Solved] Need a PHP coder with extensive MySQL experience

We have 5 or 6 projects we need to complete.

We really need a very very experienced php coder, to take a site we have designed from flat files to dynamic awesomeness !
You will need experience of mysql, and creation of secure db and utilising economical server resources.

So clean efficient secure code.

We currently have 2 fulltime PHP / OOP coders , but they are absolutely inundated with work and we cannot pull them off their current projects, so you will be in good company. We prefer if you are Australian based but it is fine if you are on an entirely different continent, just not a different planet !
