Buttonbar - does not come up in edit mode.

now it does upon edit

maybe it is in edit comments.

sometime I get buttonbar sometimes I don't

    I believe the above is now fixed on this forum (vanillaforums.org).

    However the attach file option does not appear when editing a comment.
