The error would have been on line 331 column 329 of a specific file and the error message would have said so. If you get the error again please share this information.
Basically, some invalid utf8 got into one of your posts and a lot of php functions don't like this. You won't get the error always because the offending post is off the top of the list. As it turns out fixing encoding issues are not php's strong suite so any more information would be great.
