Add a message on Sign-in form in a private forum

Hi,

I just opened my first forum for Developers to exchange sevices. And I made the forum private, so the members are able to discuss their exchanges without any visitor seeing it... Now I would like to show a message on the sign in page explaining visitors what the forum is about. Could anyone tell me how to achieve that?
