  • So how does this forum do it?

    I find that people (Mac users at least) always know a new window has opened and are happy to know they can close it to get back to where they were easily.

    Me too I think using different page (even better tab) is great and would like to help people using it.

    But I know 3 type of people who don't like that:
    • The ones with old computers that freeze when a new windows open
    • my mother who don't know much about internet and is frighten by any change in her habit (and the back button is her best friends)
    • poeple who think "target attribut"=fascist
    You know better people who come on your forum and if there are one these types.
