Is it possible to add checkbox fields and checkbox groups?

I installed the plugin and it does what it's supposed to do, and also very well. The only issue I have is my client, not surprisingly, needs more. He'd like to have multiple options fields, not only free-text ones. Is it possible to configure them in current version?
If not, I can see if I can alter the plugin myself, then I'll issue a pull request (if it's on Github).
