Can't change authentication to facebook

when i go to authentication under the users settings to change to facebook authentication it doesnt change :S

tried a fresh installation with no luck- using the latest stable download, and it does this with both firefox and IE, anyone know what i've done wrong? I managed to login using facebook and it connected my admin account with my facebook but it only allowed me to use the facebook login for a few hours then for some reason it stopped working and is only bringing up a blank popup with a link in the address bar like its trying to work (did this since i first setup the forum, was suprised it allowed me to login :S )
