Spell Check and how to enable

I have read some post about spell checking, but I can not see a clear definition about.
Is spell check available?
if it is, how to enable it?

    It's related to your web browser!

    For instance in Firefox: Preferences Box > Advanced Tab > "Check my spelling as I type"
