I need to make all my links dofollow, or have the possibility to reward the top users or best rated posts with dofollow atribute for the links, any help please about how to do this?

my top poster pro has this feature. it's configurable in the admin to allow top poster have dofollow attribute in their anchor Link. here's the link if you are interested
