An 'Auto Poster' for Vanilla.

Hi,

I'm new to using this software, but from my initial set-up I must say, it seems quite impressive!

I would like to add an auto poster to this forum and I would like some advice: other forums I have used had the facility to take an external feed and create a new thread in a specific subforum or add new articles to a pre-existing thread.

Is this possible with vanilla? Can you please point me in the right direction?
