Combine 'Participated Discussions' with 'My Discussions' pages?

As a user I want to see all conversations I'm taking part in on one page, rather than having to go to separate pages for conversations I've started and conversations I've commented on.

Is this possible?

    I'd also like the same, if its a simple change? I'd change participated to just I'm on.
