FTPed theme not showing up in Themes menu

Hello, I ftp'ed the "DarkMist" folder into the themes folder but I'm not seeing it in the themes menu so I can apply it. The permissions look the same as the ones for the "default", etc. themes. Any idea what the problem is? Thank you.
